Gunhild Anker Stordalen (née Melhus, born 15 January 1979) is a Norwegian physician and environmental advocate. She is the founder and president of EAT Foundation, the co-founder and chair of the philanthropic Stordalen Foundation, the CEO of GreeNudge and serves on the board of several commercial and nonprofit organizations. EAT is an international foundation linking food, health and sustainable development across science, business and policy. The Stordalen Foundation, the Stockholm Resilience Centre and the Gunhild Stordalen funded the EAT initiative under the Stordalen Foundation umbrella of which she is a Director, in 2013. The EAT Foundation, together with the Stockholm Resilience Centre and the Wellcome Trust 'work to convene experts and decision makers who together can transform the way we eat.' In 2013, Dr Gunhild A. Stordalen funded a new initiative under the Stordalen Foundation umbrella; EAT, of of which she is a Director. EAT is a global initiative linking food, health and sustainability across science, business and politics.

EAT Initiative är en av Stordalen Foundations stora satsningar och syftar till att samla kunskap kring mat, hälsa och hållbar livsmedelsproduktion. Gunhild Stordalen är född 1979 i Haugesund och uppvuxen på Muggerud utanför Kongsberg, Norge. Hon utbildade sig till läkare med inriktningen att bli en framstående kirurg. Hon har grundat organisationerna EAT, GreeNudge och Stordalen Foundation, fått pris som Årets miljöhjälte av Världsnaturfonden.
