The FACS Core Facility is located at BMC B12 and serves all researchers at Lund University and others. Flow cytometry is one of the major methods in the research of cell populations. FACS Core Facility Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) enables a qualitative and quantitative analysis of cell mixtures, as well as the sorting of individual particles using a flow cytometer.
